"I had to reach out to tech..."
I had to reach out to tech support about some wiring on my ATV. They did get back to me, and the info was mostly helpful, but it literally took a couple messages before I got a clear answer.

It definitely wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slow and kind of basic. I was able to figure it out in the end, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Still running great after plenty of use"
I bought this from powersportsmax.com a while back, and it’s been running great so far. It starts up without any drama, hasn’t given me any weird issues, and feels solid for what I paid. I’ve been using it often, usually on weekends when I have time, though half the time I get distracted cleaning the garage or messing with other stuff instead. Either way, it’s held up well and still feels durable. No complaints from me at this point.

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I was actually expecting the shipping to be way higher, like it is on a lot of other sites, but it ended up being fair. The total still fit my budget, and everything arrived without any issues. Happy with the whole thing and I’d order again.

"Customer service was a little slow"
I did hear back from customer service, but it took longer than I expected. I think I reached out on a Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, and the reply came a bit after that. Not a huge deal, just wasn’t the fastest response.

"Warranty came through, but the follow-up wasn’t right"
The warranty did end up covering the part, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I had to email twice and wait longer than they’d led me to expect, which felt a bit unfair. If a company promises support, they should be more upfront and responsive instead of making customers chase them.

"Warranty got handled, but it dragged on"
I had to file a warranty claim for a part that failed, and to be fair, they did eventually take care of it. But the whole thing was slower than I expected and took way too many back-and-forth emails. What got annoying was the repeated canned apologies that felt copy-pasted instead of actually explaining what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been quicker and clearer.

Putting this together was okay, but it took longer than I expected. The directions were kind of confusing, and I had to keep going back and rereading the same steps. It wasn’t impossible, but it definitely took more time than it should have. The instructions could’ve been clearer, because the whole thing just felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

The assembly instructions were mostly easy to follow, at least for me. The steps made sense, but a couple of the pictures could’ve been clearer, right? I still got it put together without too much trouble.

"Order arrived, but the packaging made me cautious"
I ordered from powersportsmax.com and my package did arrive in a reasonable amount of time, so that part was fine. The only thing that worried me was the box looked rough when it got to me. I took a few pictures before opening it just in case, because I didn’t want to be stuck with damaged parts. Luckily, nothing was actually broken, just a few scratches, so I decided to keep everything. Overall it worked out, but I do wish they had packed it a little better.

"Pretty decent overall"
My order from powersportsmax.com came in and the main parts were right, which I definitely appreciated. There was one small item that wasn’t exactly what I picked, but it still worked fine for what I needed, so it wasn’t a big deal. Shipping was okay, nothing super quick but not terrible either. Overall, it was a decent experience, I just wish they paid a little more attention to the small details before sending everything out.

"Actually runs better than I thought"
I got my ATV from PowersportsMax and, it’s been running smoother than I expected. After everything, I wasn’t totally sure how it would do, but it starts up easy and has decent power out on the trails. No strange noises so far either, which is a relief. I’ve been taking it out most weekends and it’s been a lot of fun.

"Crate was seriously solid, everything arrived safe"
I got my order from powersportsmax.com the packaging was way better than I expected. The crate was built like it could survive a small tornado, and there weren’t any loose parts rolling around inside. Nothing showed up scratched, bent, or banged up at all. It did take me a little while to unpack everything, but I’d rather deal with that than damaged stuff. Overall, really happy it arrived safe and in great shape

I bought my bike from Powersportsmax, and the bike itself has been okay. The frustrating part has been trying to get parts when something comes up. A couple things I needed were either out of stock or just really hard to find on the site. Customer service did answer me, but it was basically just “check back later,” which didn’t help much at all. If you ride a lot, like a lot a lot, I’d definitely think about parts availability before buying.
